How it all started

When Sergey voiced his desire to seriously engage in programming and quit the sea, his relatives were perplexed. However, the wife supported the bold idea.

I had to start with a small office. Lesha's partner did not believe in the success of the project, but volunteered to help. Only 2 people responsibly performed the duties of a whole staff of employees.

In the search for clients, the working scheme turned out to be calling people in the telephone directory.

After 2 years, the team was replenished with a designer, layout designer, programmer and manager. Word of mouth and the good work of the sales staff increased the number of orders. Along with this, prices have risen.
In 2014, the business was "knocked down" by the revolution. People did not want to spend money on business development and were waiting for the end of the crisis. Co-founders «Megasite» undertook to establish sales on their own. The company has been overwhelmed by difficulties more than once, but the experience and assertiveness of partners have kept the company afloat.

Who are Megasite customers today?

For 11 years of successful work, «Megasite» has managed to win the trust of business representatives in Ukraine in various niches. There are also customers from America and the countries of the former CIS. 700 completed projects that effectively advertise goods and services, recommendations from customers are the main tool that allows «Megasite» to remain in demand on the market.

The care of the management about the team is important. When selecting employees, the values of applicants must coincide with the values of the company, then there is already a conversation about professionalism.

Changes in 2020

The 2020 quarantine forced the founders to disband part of the team, plus Sergey's partner left the business. However, this did not prevent the web studio from entering the top 10 studios in Ukraine and the top 5 in the capital. The average bill increased, compared to the previous year, sales increased by 2.5 times.

Sergey plans to cooperate with foreign customers and realize the company's turnover 3 times more. The team of professionals is set to continue to conquer the peaks. It seems they are just getting started.
