Partnership manager

• At least 1 year of experience as a Partnership Manager.
• Proven experience in building and developing B2B partnerships.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools for creating visual content (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva).
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.
• Ability to achieve KPIs and prepare concise, informative reports.
• English proficiency at a level sufficient for verbal communication (at least Upper-Intermediate (B2)).

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience in international partnerships.
• Experience in outsourcing or digital agencies.
• Established network of professional contacts among agencies, consultants, or IT companies.
• Experience in building partnership programs from scratch.
• Experience participating in international conferences, exhibitions, or networking events.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, web analytics, or web development (sufficient for communication purposes).
• Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g., generating presentation materials such as texts and images).

• Identify and acquire new partners to support business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships.
• Conduct negotiations and present company services to potential partners.
• Develop and implement partnership programs and collaboration models.
• Ensure regular communication with partners.
• Receive and transfer qualified leads from partners to the sales team.
• Coordinate mutual lead exchange between the company and partners.
• Monitor the performance of partnership channels and analyze results.
• Maintain CRM and partner database.
• Prepare reports on partner activity and KPI achievement.
